Our Story

Meet The Family
FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS– THANK YOU FOR VISITING WESTLEYS LAKEHOUSE!
Walking the shores of Commanda Lake in 2018 with my wife Kaitlin for the first time, we felt the beginning of something remarkable. With pristine waters, the untouched natural beauty of the boreal forest, and the jagged rock of the Canadian Shield breaking through the ground we realized what pride and responsibility we have as stewards over such serene nature. We invite you to create wonderful family memories at The Luksa Collective: picking raspberries come springtime, summer-time visits from gentle wildlife, cozying up around the fire pit in front of the private beach on treasured crisp autumn nights, and treasured holiday celebrations.
In bonding with our family and nature here at Westleys Lakehouse, we realized our passion for sharing this experience with others. We soon learned how fulfilling it is to hear the wonderful stories of families coming together after years separate, children getting in touch with nature in a way they have never had before, couples making lifelong commitments to each other and friends coming together to celebrate milestones. We are so proud to make Restoule and Westleys Lakehouse a home for your memories. Now it’s your turn– we invite you, your family, and your friends to make some lifelong memories here as well.
